MANAGEMENT POLICY 

To all employees:

The new challenges that we find because of the natural evolution of the market and with the primary objective to ensure our own survival, we see a need to establish different performance criteria. We want that individual efforts don’t be affected by lack of clear guidelines or misinterpretations of the ways forward to achieve the business objectives set.

A primary condition it is the view that our activities should always be based on that Acusttel is an organization based on compliance with statutory, regulatory or specific, continuous improvement and pollution prevention. Moreover, Acusttel is a totally customer focused, understanding their needs and expectations in a way that set up a balance between the client and other affected parties.

Our customer’s overall conception, leads us to view them with a global perspective into the environment in which we operate.
It is essential to unify criteria, the existence of people who coordinate the activities of our organization through effective internal leadership that creates and maintains a work environment based on collaboration and the dynamism to achieving the objectives.
Within Acusttel has promoted the participation of our team in actively seeking opportunities to increase their skills, knowledge and experiences in a free environment.

It also aims to be a feature of Acusttel its clear commitment to R&D, the achievement of specific objectives, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system and processes in this area.

The only way that we consider valid to get our subsistence, with the leadership as the main objective is the standardization and discipline in our work, it is leads to the implementation of a management model with its adaptations considered in reference standards UNE-EN ISO 9001, UNE-EN ISO 14001 and UNE 166002. To round off “the way we work” is a basic recognition of accreditation bodies and certification, an objective that we consider central to the survival of the company.

All the foregoing, the Acusttel management is committed to provide the means necessary for the proper functioning and development of the organization and expects the support and collaboration of all staff to achieve the new goals that we have proposed.

The management Policy developed by Acusttel not intended to be an immutable and rigid institutional framework, it is a reference that should move and conforming to the requirements and new strategies encountered during implementation.
